Sheri’s story begins in the grip of poverty, raised by a single mother where hunger and hardship left lasting marks. Amid broken relationships, addiction and abuse, she became a caretaker for her younger siblings, giving up her childhood far too soon. Her own path was marked by personal struggles of broken relationships and poor mental health.
Today, after 26 years with her husband, she thrives — not just surviving, but pouring hope back into her community, helping those still caught in the cycles she once knew.
